  • Damages resulting from errors or inaccuracies in AI analysis
  • Damages from reliance on AI-generated content
  • Damages from decisions made based on our Service
  • Damages from lease agreements signed after using our Service
  • Legal disputes, evictions, or other legal proceedings
  • Financial losses of any kind

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

9. Payment and Refunds

Payments for our Service are processed through Stripe. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, except as required by law. By purchasing our Service, you acknowledge that you understand the AI-based nature of our analysis and the limitations described in these Terms.

10. Data Accuracy

We do not guarantee that the information extracted from your lease document by our AI is accurate or complete. OCR (optical character recognition) and AI interpretation may produce errors. You are responsible for verifying all extracted information.

11. Third-Party Services

Our Service uses third-party AI models and services. We are not responsible for the performance, accuracy, or availability of these third-party services.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
